You can apply to IICS either online through our website or offline by visiting the institute. Simply fill out the application form, attach the required documents, and submit your application.

The admission process involves the following steps:

    • Application Review: Submit your form online or offline.

    • MECAT Test: Appear for the MECAT Mains Examination.

    • Group Discussion/Performance Round: Participate in the next stage of evaluation.

    • Personal Interview & Document Verification: Complete the final stages of enrolment.

    • Medical Fitness Test: Pass a medical fitness check.

    • Final Selection: Face the final interview/audition round.

IICS is strategically located in the heart of New Delhi, specifically in the vibrant neighbourhood of Lajpat Nagar, which is nestled in the cultural hub of India. Our address and directions will be shared upon inquiry.

Most of the course at IICS typically runs for 2 years, comprising:

• 12 months of experiential learning,

• 6 months of paid internships,

• 6 months of industry projects.

IICS do offer short term courses as well ranging from 12-36 months.

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 10+2 qualification from a recognized board.

• Age between 18 to 40 years.

• A portfolio or showreel showcasing your creative work.

• A passion for media, entertainment, or the arts.

Yes, applicants are required to take the MECAT (Media and Entertainment Creative Aptitude Test), which evaluates creativity and aptitude for the Media and Entertainment Industry.

The required documents include:

• Academic certificates and mark sheets

• Government-issued ID proof

• Creative portfolio or showreel

• Recent passport-sized photographs

• MECAT result

The academic year begins in January 2025. Exact dates will be shared after the admission process is completed.
